1928 - 2016NORTH-HATLEY
Passed away at the Massawippi Retirement Communities –Connaught Home, North Hatley, Que. on Sunday, December 18, 2016. Garth Bishop, in his 89th year, loving husband of the late Shirley Olson and son of the late Gerald Bishop and the late Gladys Westman, living in North Hatley.
Family and friends will meet at the Steve L. Elkas Complex, 4230 Bertrand-Fabi Blvd., Sherbrooke, Que., J1N 1X6, on Wednesday December 21, 2016 from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m., followed by the funeral service, in the funeral home chapel. The burial of the ashes will take place at the St- Peter’s Cemetery, Sherbrooke, at a later date.
Mr. Bishop leaves to mourn his daughter Karen (Jim); his grandchildren: Erika (Kyle), Andy (Barbara Jean); his
great-grandchildren: Luke and Maxton; his sisters: Betty Lou (Jack), Sheila (the late Ronald); his sister-in-law: Judy (Glen); his lifelong friends: Bud and Audrey Allanson, as well as many other friends and relatives.
