1921-2013

Peacefully, in his ninety first year on Monday, April 8, 2013 at the Lakeshore General Hospital.
Beloved husband of Wieslawa Dlugosz; loving uncle of Harry, the late Ted (Dina), Dave (Mary), Allan (Claire), Mark (Kathy) and Mona (Marian) and beloved uncle of many great-nieces and great-nephews.
Leon will be missed by his cherished friends Shlimkie Zajdel (Rose), Allen Bengan, Bruno Ganske (Mary) and their son Robert. He will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by all those whose lives he touched in Canada, Mexico, Poland and Germany. Special thanks to Dr. Gabriel Minz.

on Thursday, April 11th from10am, followed by a funeral service at 11am in the funeral home chapel and burial at Rideau Memorial Gardens.
In lieu of flowers, donations in his memory may be made to the Lakeshore General Hospital Foundation.
