It is with great sadness that the family announces the passing of Panfilo Gavita at the age of 63. He will be sadly missed by his wife Concetta Donato, his daughters Laura and Sabrina, his son-in-law Marco, his grandson Luca, his sister Anna (Vincenzo), his brother Bruno (Paola), his mother-in-law Lorenza Borrello Donato, his sisters-in-law Rina (Franco) and Angela (Larry), his brother-in-law Alberto (Anna) and many other relatives and friends. The family will receive condolences at Magnus Poirier Funeral Complex 10300 Pie IX Blvd. on Sunday, November 11, 2012 from 2 to 5 and from 7 to 10 p.m and on Monday morning as of 9 a.m. A funeral service will be held on Monday, November 12, 2012 at 11:30 a.m at Maria Ausiliatrice Church thence, burial at Notre Dame des Neiges Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Montreal Neurological Institute and Hospital would be appreciated.
