MAGNUS POIRIER INC.It is with profound sorrow that we announce the passing of Carlo D'Amora on July 23rd, 2024, cherished husband of the late Maria Lucia Di Sario D’Amora, who passed away 48 hours prior on July 21st, 2024. Maria and Carlo shared a love that spanned 69 remarkable years of marriage, a testament to their enduring bond and devotion to each other.
Maria and Carlo will be lovingly remembered by their children, Pietro (Lynn Labonte) and Luciano (Tommasina Lombardi), their grandchildren Melissa (Ian), Cristina (Christopher), Vanessa, Diana (David), and her beloved great-grandchildren William, Archibald, Damiano and Olive.
Carlo and Maria passed away just 48 hours apart, joining one another in eternal rest. Their love and partnership leave an unforgettable mark on all who knew them.
The family would like to thank the staff of the Jewish General Hospital and Hôpital Marie-Clarac for the good care they provided to Maria and Carlo.
Visitations will be held at Magnus Poirier Funeral Complex, 6825 Sherbrooke E. in Montreal on Sunday, July 28th, 2024 from 4:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. immediately followed by the religious service at 5:30 p.m.
In lieu of flowers, a donation to the Palliative Care Unit at Hôpital Marie-Clarac would be appreciated.
