MAGNUS POIRIER INC.It is with deep sadness that the family announces the passing of Francesco Baratta at the age of 91, beloved husband of Carmela Primiani Baratta and father to the late Maddalena Baratta La Gamba (Peter).
He will be sadly missed by his loving children Tony (Hakima), and Maria (Enrico), his cherished grandchildren Carmelisa (Franco), Anthony (Julia), Frank (Olivia), Tina (Jerry), Mara and Julia (Anthony), his great-grandchildren Layla, Giulianna, Mia, Lena, Leo, Liana and Dante, his siblings Agnese (The late Pietro) and Rita (The late Mattia), his brother-in-law and his sisters-in-law, his nieces and nephews and many other relatives and friends.
Visitations will be held at Magnus Poirier Funeral Complex, 10300 Pie IX Blvd. on Tuesday, January 3rd, 2023 from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m and from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. and on Wednesday morning as of 10:00 a.m.
A ceremony will be held on Wednesday, January 4th, 2023 at 11:30 a.m. at Notre-Dame-de-Pompei church thence to Le Cimetiere de Laval.
In lieu of flowers, donations to the Montreal Alzheimer Society would be appreciated.
