It is with great sorrow that we announce the peacefull passing of Maha Mansour Hannoush at Gracia Soins Palliatifs on Friday, March 10, 2023, at Age of 64 years. Maha is beloved wife of Murad Hannoush.
Maha endured 2 years of lung cancer's suffering; but was courageous enough to battle it until she won Crown of Righteousness in Heavenly Jerusalem.
Maha shall be sadly missed by her brother Antoine Mansour, her surviving sisters Laila (and her children), Mouna (and her children) and Huda, as well as by her nephews and nieces Rana, Karam, Jules and Rim and by their adorable children who reside here in Quebec and overseas.
Maha will be also missed by her departed sisters Nijmeh, Sarah and Fahima's children who reside here in Quebec and overseas as well as by their related family members, nephews and nieces who reside overseas.
Maha shall also be missed by Murad's brothers and sisters Drs. Georges and Peter, Gabriel, Arlette, Jeannette and their adorable children who reside in United States of America and Caracas, Venezuela. Maha to also be missed by Murad's departed brother Dr. Edward's wife and children Josianne, Pierre Edouard and Anne Marie of France.
Visitation to take place at Magnus Poirier at 222 des Laurentides boulevard in Laval, Québec, H7G 2T6, on Sunday March 12, 2023 from 2 to 5 pm.
Funeral service to be held at Saint-Ephrem Syriac Catholic Cathedral, 3155 Cartier Ouest, Laval, Québec, H7V 1J6, starting at 10am on Monday March 13, 2023.
Burial to take place at Laval Cemetery, 5505 Rang du Bas-Saint-François, Laval, Québec, H7C 0G3.
In lieu of flowers, we kindly ask that donations may be offered to the Montréal Sacré-Coeur Hospital Foundation (MSCHF), McGill University Health Center Foundation (MUHC), the CHUM Foundation (Hospital Center of the University of Montréal), Gracia Palliative Care and to Saint-Ephrem Syriaque Catholic Cathedral, Virgin Mary and Saint Yacoub's Syriac Orthodox Cathedral.
