BEERS, Reginald T.

Reg Beers passed away at the age of 81 in the Ottawa General Hospital on Thursday, December 7, 2023.

He was born to Don and Irene (Hazel) Beers of Lachute, Quebec. He joined the RCMP in January 1964 and retired in April 1994.

He is survived by his wife Jean of 56 years, his daughter and son-in-law Christina and Dale Frech, his son Gregory, relatives and friends. 

He was a devoted husband and father and will be cherished forever. His love was endless for his family, his many dogs, playing golf and his many cottage years at Lake Louisa, Quebec. He battled cancer with strength and courage and was truly a fighter during this chapter of his life. He is now at peace... "peace be thine".
