PADUANO Teresa
1938-2024
MAGNUS POIRIER INC.
While surrounded by her loving family, Teresa Paduano passed away peacefully on Thursday November 14, 2024 at the age of 86, beloved wife of the late Saverio Casacalenda.
She will be sadly missed by her loving daughters Maria (Philip) Giovanna (Carmine) and Carmelina, her cherished grandson David Anthony, her sisters in law, nieces, and nephews, including those in Italy, and many other relatives, special neighbors, and friends.
Teresa was a wonderful cook and took great pride in making homemade pasta (her cavatelli and lasagna were simply the best) but her greatest passion was baking and those sweet creations will never be reproduced by her family as much as they try. She touched the lives of all who knew her with her kindness, her gentleness and unwavering love. Her legacy will live on through the cherished memories she leaves behind, and her spirit will forever be a guiding light to her family and loved ones.
Family and friends are invited to pay their final respects at Magnus Poirier Funeral Complex (10300 Pie IX Blvd. in Montreal North) on Wednesday, November 20, 2024, from 2 to 5 and from 7 to 9 pm and on Thursday morning as of 9 am.
A funeral service will be held on Thursday, November 21, 2024, at 10 am at Our Lady of Pompei Church (2875 Sauve Street East, Montreal) thence to Le Repos St-François D'Assise Cemetery (6893 Sherbrooke St. East).
